• 2001 to present: Private Practice - Psychotherapist/ Counselor for adults and children.
  Support Groups for:
  - new mothers who are experiencing difficulty with adjusting to life with a child, anxiety, partner and intimacy issues, birthtrauma, returning to the work force, trusting childcare, post-partum depression, dealing with overexertion.
  -parents who are experiencing difficulty with parenting
  - women survivors of sexual abuse
  
  
• 1996 to 2001 East Bay Agency for Children: Social Worker and Counselor
  -Conducted individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, consultation to parents and teachers. Clients included men and women, children, at-risk youth, families, including single parents, grandparents, adoptive parents, multicultural families
  -provided therapy for the Prevention and Life Skills Program
  -for the Victims of Violent Crimes Compensation Program
  - for the Living with illness program
  
  
• 1994 to 1996   Healthy Start Program: Family Advocate and Case Manager.
  San Leandro Community Counseling center:
  -Provided counseling to children and families. Established the Healthy Start Program

Received the "Outstandig Achievment Award " from the East Bay Agency for Children
